laws And Regulations

It is important to understand the various laws and regulations that are used to govern. While we may not be able to cover every single one of the laws and regulations we can still take a peek inside the most requested acts from history and today. Before they are turned into laws and regulations they go through the English Court System. Let’s take a look at how the English Court system is structurized.

Structure

It all starts with the Supreme Court to oversee everything. Then it is broken down into two courts Criminal and Civil. The parts of the Criminal System are the Court of Appeal, Crown Court, and the Magistrates Courts. The parts of the Civil System are the Court of Appeal, the High Court of Justice, and the County Courts.
